I am 68 years old. I started with Aloe Vera Juice 30MLsincthate last three days on advice of my friend. But I have developed diarrhea. My doctors have concluded that my intestines have enlarged, Should I continue taking aloe vera?

Hello, Mr. Lybrate-user, you have develop diarrhea after taking alove vera juice. May be you are of pitta prakruti according to ayurveda and this 30 ml dose is large for you so I will suggest you that when your loose motions will stop just reduce dose upto 15 ml once in a day. In that manner you can continu it but with this dose also you develop loose motions then its good to stop use of alove vera juice.

Aloe vera can be continued once diarrhoea is controlled. You have to keep watch if you are allergic to it then stop immediately. Consult doctor.
