I have severe hair fall. None of my family members has hairloss problem. I do not have dandruff. And my frontal part head is having severe itching. Doctors tell this is due to less moisture in the scalp. How can I overcome this problem.

Hair has two parts. Hair roots which are situated inside the scalp and hair shaft which is outer portion of hair food rich in minerals, protein and iron is good for hair. Sprouts, beans, nuts, soya are excellent source of protein. Green leafy vegetables support iron. Drink 3 lit of water /day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. This helps in conditioning the scalp. This controls dandruff also. If you are sweating profusely. Then wash daily.
