Hello lybrate user, for stay hydrated in summer you just have to increse fluid intake drink atleastv4-5 liters of water daily. Drink lemon juice or other fruit juice daily. Disese which may occure due to harmful sunrays are:- skin tanning, sun burns, rashes, frekles etc for protecting from this you have to use good quality sunscreen lotion when you are going out, keep your skin covered as much as possible.
