After cesarean deliver exercise can be started after 3 months as everything heals by that time. There is excess fat deposited during pregnancy in the tummy. If you continue exclusive breastfeeding to your baby, it will burn that fat very fast. Also muscles of the tummy gets lax because of the growing fetus. To increase the tone of these abdominal muscles, you need to start brisk walk or jogging daily for 4-5 km and increase your protein intake. This will burn fat very fast reduce the size of your tummy. Also one can do exercises like sit-ups.

Hello... You can start it any time now.... But in start start with normal walk then increase your speed or you can start brisk walk..... After one month you can start any type of exercise..... If you still breast feed your baby then do not start any dieting.... Just follow healthy diet.. Avoid fried food and cold drinks.... Avoid sweets.... All these will help you......
