From last 1-1.5 years my hair are turning white. It was taken place after dengue. What can I do for it and do I have to change my diet for recovery from it?

white hair are mainly due to hereditary factors. There first thing I would like to clear is there is nothing available to make the already white hair into black except hair colours. If at all you want to opt for hair colour go for a colour which is free from ppd rather then ammonia. Ppd is the main root cause for most hair colour allergies not ammonia. There are medicines available which claim 30-40% reduction in the development of grey hair in future if you use them for a period of 6 months. But the sad part is neither you know nor I know what % of your hair are going to turn grey in next 6 months. And make a note if you are planning to colour your hair, don't apply the colour over the roots and scalp and preferably avoid the unseen hair from colouring.
