Hi lybrate-user. The chances of you passing 9 mm stone are very low but at the same time not impossible. So long you are not having any problems you can wait. In case you have pain then you might require removal of the stone.

There are chances of removal of stones of 8 to 9 mm by homoeopathic medicine. Unless you have any other complaints or symptoms like pain, severe hydronephrosis, pedal oedema. Drink lots of water regularly.
