Dear Lybrate user any specific reason you are feeding your baby isomil? Isomil is a soy based, lactose free milk powder. Check with your pediatrician why she suggested isomil. Is your child lactose intolerant or has any other food intolerance issues? This could be one of the possible reasons that the child is not tolerating ceralac. Also blood in stools is also not normal. Please consult your paediatrician at the earliest.
