Due to hot summer, I am feeling too much dehydrated. I am working as a software engineer. Works on a regular day timings. I normally takes 1.5 ltr water during office hours. I take butter milk and fruit juices regularly. Still feeling dehydrated. Please suggest.

Dear lybrate user, greetings the sun scroching at 105degree to 107 degree. Our body thermoregulation should strain much, too keep cool more sweating, but you are very little amount of water and juices. 1. Take atleast 3-4 l. Itres-normal water 2. Do not take chill or iced water 3. Add more butter milk, tender coconut 4. Add more cucumber 5. Add more fresh fruits instead of juices. Have a cool day
