My mother (48kg) 63 yrs. Old a CKD patient, going HD last 9 yers. Now she suffering LS spine spondylosis, she walk very little, then heavy pain in both hip and left leg. Now treatment HD 3 in a week, medications- calsit. 5mg one in alternate day, imodium, monotrate, cardivas. paracetamol. Report- Hb 8.5, PHOSPHORUS-6.2, CRP-24, PTH-644, 25 OH VITAMIN D3-70, creatinine-2.8 MRI REPORT - 1. Altered signalatL4, L5 with dic involvement. possibility:- Infective/ inflammatory. 2. Degenerative dic disease with diffuse posterior dic bulge at L4-L5 with thecal sac indentation, bilateral forminal and root compression. 3. Spinal canal narrowing at L4-L5= 6 mm, L5-S1=8 (other L1-L2-L3=11) REPORT N.C.V both lower limb-Bilateral, Sensory mother Axonopathy of all four limbs, Correlate clinically. PLEASE help.
