I am 28year old girl from last 1year I feel pain in my eyes whenever I work on computer or cell phone screen, television screen, I consult many doctors but didn't find any solution, I had an eye check up also having no 0.50 with 180 axis in left and 175 in right, I n wearing anti glare glasses but it doesn't help me, please tell me what to do,

Hello, its not inappropriate to say that technology is taking a toll on our health these days. Your problem is shared by many people in your age group especially those using screens (mobile n computers) for more than 6-7 hrs a day. The eye ache and discomfort is caused mainly due to dryness (due to high tear evaporation rate in screen users), refractive errors, muscle weakness and spasm. As in your case its good you are using antiglare glasses while working, please do continue it. Try and lessen the screen time if possible. Take balanced diet with more green vegetables and fruits. You can also start with a multivitamin supplement and cod liver oil capsules (if non vegetarian you can have 2 serves of fish per week). Go for some tear substitute eye drops and use it on regular basis. Take a break of 10 sec (close eyes or look farthest) every half hour while working on screens, in order to relive exhausted muscles. Take care.
