The most important cause for your neck pain is bad posture, lack of exercises and certain vitamin deficiencies. So you should coreect your posture while working and use phone only for calls, avoid watching tv in lying down position, meet the physiotherapist near you and learn some exercises to strengthen your neck muscles.
