Hello doctor wen I got mood I Wil rub my genitals but wen I am not in mood then left side genital Wil be like elastic nd right side Wil be some what stiff but both Wil not be in same size pl's tel me any precautions nd to be same size during mood nd also normal time suggest any medicine otherwise tel me to consult any doctor! This may cause any sex problems? I am 20 years old male.

scrotum skin is elastic and thermoregulatory i.e. regulates temp of testis, contracts in cold and is loose in hot weather . It has no relation with sex mood etc
