I am on loosing weight, my current weight is 92kg. It was 105 kg before. I loosed it with help of gyming and cardio sessions. I wish to know protein rich foods which could help me? Either veg or non veg.

Hello lybrate-user, it good to hear you r loosing weight. Well have lots of water n eat meat, chicken, egg, palak, pulses, paneer for protein rich diet. Have jasmine tea before going to bed that vl help to loosen you weight more and don't skip your meals.
