Acidity/ heart burn do not originate from drinking water. We suggest drinking water before food to persons who tend to overeat. So as to pre- fill the stomach to achieve early satiety and he eats less because of this filling effect by water. Or better salads. Generally food rich in spices do aggravate acidity. So more than water we focus on the food management.
