Hello Doctors, My father has a diabetes. I have just finished my pregnancy too. During my pregnancy my sugar level was almost border, but doctor said you are within a border. Range was 70-110, but mine was at 100. Am trying to avoid diabetes now, scared I may get as my dad has. Please suggest me some foods that prevent diabetes.

First of all be regular on exercise. Go for 30 or 45 min walk daily morning and evening. Avoid food gap not more than 2.5 hour. Add complax charbohydrats food stuff. Avoid high sugar and sugary products. Avoid high fat content food. Add 200 gm of fruits and salad in your diet.
