13years and weight 70kg. You need to become his role model and help him in a strict diet control, exercises and yoga if possible. Diet wise cut down his high calorie diet intake for example highly fried food items, bakery items, packed food items, breads, chocolates, icecreams. Encourage him to increase salads, soups, fruits, buttermilk, sprouts, vegetable juices in his diet. Tell him to take small meals at small intervals. Do not remain hungry for long duration this will make him hungry and he will eat more. Drink lots of water. Take him for cycling, skipping, jogging, daily morning and evening walks and see you will definitely get results in losing weight and get back to me after a month.
