I have a desk job and in the last 2 years my day has gone up from 75 kilograms to 85 kilograms I want to lose weight please help.

Daily morning surya namaskar 10 times before 8am. Drink fruit juices in morning (if possible have fresh fruit juices). Do not remain hungry at all. Keep eating at least 2 biscuits at 2 hours of intervals. Drink more and more water. And join swimming, which best for exercise of each and every muscles of our body. Try this for 1 month.
