As I said earlier I go to gym regularly and recently I've started using Optimum Nutrition Whey and after a month I lost a lot of mass. I don't know whether I lot fat or muscle, but instead of growing muscle I lost. AMD my weight remain the same, it varies between 75 & 76. Is this a good sign for gymmers? Or my Nutrition isn't enough compatible with Whey? I follow up a regular diet.

Hello, it is you are loosing your fats. And muscles getting strong. You look lean because of your fats getting burnt and energy is getting converted in to muscles. It is a good sign. Do not bother now much about it. Stay cool and carry on your regular schedule:)
