I'm 24 year's old now, and weight is around 32 34. I tried gyming but it doesn't help me. I want to gain weight so what can I do please help me out.

Sometimes, body heat is excess due to that weight doesn't increase or a person tends to underweight. You can start with mild walk followed by protein rich diet during the day. Simultaneously you can get your body heat level checked (vata/pit/kapha). On that basis you will get to know why weight is at lower side and why you are not gaining. Than you can also add specific food as per your requirement.
