Proper cleaning techniques r sufficient for maintaining good oral hygiene.. Brushing with a proper technique twice a day n flossing once a day is advised.. Always hav a vigorous gargle with plain water or warm saline after havin your meals n any sticky foods.. This shld help u out

hi...you should not take multiple meals in order to avoid frequent accumulation of food debris on teeth and before sleep you should not skip brushing and mouthwashes rinses !
