Hello, it seems you are having allergy symptoms in your eye. This might be increasing after bath due to irritation of already sensitised eye tissues by hard water or soap. Make sure that no soap foam enters your eye while washing your face, also avoid splashing supply water in your eyes. Applying ice to the eyes is a good thing you are doing, this is infact suggested to sooth itchy eyes. Additionally always wash your eyes with clean drinking water whenever you come home from outside. If the symptoms persist try using an antihistamine eye drop.
