I feel very worst by wearing eye glass. I want any other remedies to overcome my long tightness problem by any natural treatment and without operation.

There is no permanent non-operative method of removal of glasses. You can definitely try for orthokeratology where-in you have to wear contact lenses during the night time so that the numbers will be temporarily reduced. But still this treatment is also not with that great results.
