Sir, I have to go for a 5km long race. During my practice session I got my muscles are stretched and got lot of pain in my both of lower legs. please help me as soon as possible bcoz this race is very imp for me. Thanks.

Ok take muscle relaxants medicine or physiotherapy treatment tens swd ultrasonic therapy and tk rest 2 days avoid strain it will help you all the best.

This is because of dehydration and lack of nutrition. You must take rest. Take high protein diet for recovery of muscles. Drink plenty of water and sports drinks. It's summer time.
