ageing 46, I had really bad knee problems at the Age of 32 and went for arthroscopy at the age of 36 and I had problems like slip disc 5 years back in the 5th n 6th vertebra and nerve compressed in 3rd vertebra and now I feel severe pain in my knee, back, n now I am suffering from sciatica pain Earlier I have gone through many treatments like naturopathy it helped me in knee problem but not sciatica and related treatments recently I consulted to ayurvedic doctor but he had no resolution to my problems. I have my recent x-rays and related reports. Right Now I am unable to do too much walking, change positions after every 5 to 10 minutes and on medicines for more than a year and have obtained a thin line difference to the cure. Please guide me
