Hi, I am a girl of 25 years and my weight is 75kg and I do exercise daily to reduce my weight recently I start running from last month to reduce my weight and I will work but I have lots of fat near my tummy, belly, and thighs and I am going to married in oct so I want to ask that will running helps me to reduce my weight minimum up to 60kg till oct. And for how much time I have to do running in one day.
