Hello to be fit & healthy, start wating a balanced diet that includes all the vegetables & fruits, cereals, milk & milk products eat frequent meals drink plenty of water to be wel hydrated eat lots of fruits & vegetables start some physical activity like walking, jogging, dancing, yoga etc.
