I am just of 16 but my weight is too much according to my age I want to loose weight so that people stop saying me moti. please help me and ha I don't have time for exercise please help me.

Take low calorie n low sodium n high protein food. Do exercise or walk regularly. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. You can go for walk for 45 min. After taking 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp alsi powder.

Hi lybrate-user acc to your height your weight should be 58-62kgs. You need to be active to lose wt, include exercise that you like- eg dancing, playing tennis, or skipping ropes eat at regular intervals, drink adequate water. And also eat healthy n clean. Avoid junk foods, try making these small changes it will help you,
