I am having doubt, for a pregnancy should it's necessary to have ejaculation together?

No. Only the male partner has to ejaculate in the vagina of the female (at the right time of the menstrual cycle) for pregnancy to occur.

it is not at all important. penetration, ejaculation and normal sperm count motility is necessary.

No it is not necessary for both partners to ejaculate or climax together. Pregnancy can take place without any climax as long the male ejaculates in the vagina.
