Take good nourishing diet containing fruits, proteins, vegetables. Do exercisee daily to remain active. You will gain strength and will remain healthy irrespective of gaining weight. If you are anaemic or having any other deficiency, get the blood test done and take medicine accordingly as per reports. And advice.
