Is piarrohea and gums bleeding can be cured permanently? Even its since 2 year? Tell me please if it can be cured for lifetime and if I can gain earlier like white teeth.

It definitely can be cured. Eat citrus fruits rich in vit c, drink lots of water. Gargle with warm salted water twice daily. See your nearest dentist for further management which is very crucial.
