Hello Doctor. . My problem is I am very skinny according to my height. I asked many doctors obut not found any thing helpful or useful. People teased me. I want to gain weight in less time. I am doing swimming in these holidays. Swimming vs gym which is better. Please give me weekly schedule what are necessary body fuels which are rich in weight gain. Normal foods but don't recommend supplements. Thank you.

First of all get your stomach tested for intestinal worming or start 1 weak course to kill stomach worms because many people have worms in their stomach from so many years and they suffer from weight issues. Secondly start doing surya namaskar in morning. Eat cow ghee with all your meals. Start doing prithvi mudra with your fingers for 20 minutes everyday. Consume dairy products like milk, ghee, butter, curd. Also eat 10-12 almonds everyday. Make sure your diet has seasonal greem
n vegetables. Drinking hot cow milk with 2-3 bananas everyday for 3 months can also help you gain weight.
