Good day doctor, I am suffering itching in below of my waist at two sides. I cured itself by an ointment named panderm but it again appears till now and caused blackness in that spot. This also in between thighs middle part. It happens itching when used water on it and swelling, sometimes in red colour. So kindly help me.
