If you have no any physical problem and consider yourself fit then you should go for following tests regularily every 6 months---------- blood tests empty stomach--------------cbc, esr, uric acid, glucose, creatinine, sgot/pt, total cholestrol and vitamin d and vitamin -b12 every year------------- urine examination routine every 6 monthss---------- x-ray chest every 1 year--------- b. P every 2-3 months---------- but if you suffer from any problem or your weight is more then you hould undergo related tests every 2-3 months---------------
