Sir I am age 29. My wife is age 24. M trying for a baby since 10 months. But no results. I undergo a semen test and report is as follow. Sperm count-40 Motility-80 Active-70 Normal form-80 Pus cells-1-2 Reaction -alkline I also smoke. Suggest me what is quality of semen and. What should I do next. As I am in Delhi and have job here and my wife is not with me. We had not get much time also. But I tried in between ovulation period too. But all in vein. please help.

Semen quality is adequate for pregnancy. Spend more time with her. Have sex more often.
