I am 19 years old and I am very weak in health. Please suggest me some foods which will help me to increase my bodyweight and fats.

First you have to make your system clean so that good foods help you and not become a waste. Deworming - 3 tabs of nemocid together + 200 mg metrogyl twice daily after food for 3 days. Eat simple proteins like eggs, milks, curds, pulses, nuts etc. Take natural form of vitamin c like oranges, lemon juice, amla and other fruits, every grain is allowed including rice but wheat is better as it is wholesome. Good fats like nuts and butter, avoid bad fats, take lots of vitamins in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables, do exercises like stretching, walking, cycling, depending upon your stamina.
