A week back, I had a feeling of burning sensation above on my upper lips. At that time, my skin was red and extremely dry and felt tight. I was not able to touch there due to this sensation. And today it turns to light blackish colour. I do have burning sensation even now when I eat something or due to sweat. But the area is very dry now. What is the reason for this? I didn't used any products there before it happens. What can be the reason. Please help me.
