I'm 53 years person suffering from bipolar disorder since 2004. Antipsychotic medicine resulted in much drowsiness which provoked smoking. In january my fasting sugar 152, pp 290, ldl 169, triglycerides 283 were reports. I'm on glycomet 250 twice & rozat f10 at night. I've started ayurvedic treatment as composite approach. I'm 108 kg since 1997 when I had to take steroids for bell's palsy. Advice me about exercises like walking, cycling, yoga for productive life.
