I am a pcod related acne patient. I was given sotret tabs for acne by my dermatologist first for three months. My acne was substantially less. Then for the first time I could't get my periods for 3 months. So my gynaecologist later prescribed me asmita tabs. Is it okay to take them together? Because my facial skin feels itchy since the time I am taking both the tablets together. Please guide.

Sotret may cause dryness that's why you feel itchiness and second consultion you take low dose ocps which is treatment of choice in pcos. Not take together. You can go one by one. You continue topical treatment prescribed by dermatologist and oral treatment prescribed by gynecologist if problem stil persist consult with us.
