My boyfriend for 2.5 years, who is also my childhood friend, is my 3rd boyfriend and this time friendship being the base, we have that'thing' My problem is that we are mostly in a casual mood, teasing each other (which most often turns out to be a debate and then heats up). I would always prefer having a'hot' talk instead of a'heated' on. We are happy when we are together but this long distance relationship leads us to quarrel ultimately usually. We have great sex but it's only upto the time we are together. Yes, we don't talk about'those' things like sexting and talking dirty and all, though I have a serious desire to go for it. I know it will add on to our relationship and even talked to him very direct many times. I even started once or twice saying something hot but cutely because he always turns me down. He thinks talking about it will distract both of us in our goals and always has a big no-no to it. I made a reference as to if it doesn't make a difference while having sex then why shall he be thinking about it now. I am very devastated by trying and because of his irritatedness on my sexual fantasies (which he set aside all the time). I don't want to push him to it, I just want to experience talking things we never did with him. I usually tell him my fantasies but I want to know his too. Though he doesn't respond to my requests I would still want to go further in this fantasising part of love. Now, I seriously seek suggestions as to what ingredient to pit next.

Hello lybrate-user, you report you and your current boyfriend are sexually involved with each other, but, he refuses to talk about your sexual fantasies over the phone/ while he is away from you. He seems to believe such conversations will distract you both from your goals. In such a case it would be useful to self-evaluate what your goals are and also talk with your partner what his gaols are. This will help you both map your future and reduce some anxiety. It will also give you more clarity on why he is so reluctant to indulge your fantasies. This should help you move further. I hope this helps you. Good luck.
