I am 28 yedar old male and have left leg heal should painful when I am walking after take rest or waking from sleep. Some people give some advice like extend your leg bone. What should I do?

Reduce your weight by 10 kgs. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also take calcium tablets shelcal 500mg for a limited period 2 months consult after 10 days.
