Last night I woke up and tried to drink water, however I accidentally inhaled most of it. Should I be concerned about having water in my lungs, especially potential secondary drowning?

It's highly unlikely that water goes inside your lung if you aren't having any symptoms like shortness of breath, so don't worry about secondary drowning or anything else.
