Hello doctor, I am 19 years old, I want to increase my body size, now I am thin and Lean,(weight: nearly 45 kg) How can I increase my body weight, what type of food helps me to gain mass.

To improve body build in well manner, you need to take proteins more. Like meat, egg white, millets, sprouts, soya related contents more, dal, whole wheat,& need to reduce the intake of carbohydrates, fat{which also will help to increase the wt, but that is not good for health. Take more water, fruits, & also provided you have to follow strict& regular exercises. Whatever it in form migt be. Like your favourite sport, jogging, walking, yoga. Etc.
