Hi lybrate user a) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 10 ml of honey along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after dinner. B) do regularly bhujangasana and pavanmuktasan regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes. Do this for 30 days it gives you good result thanks.

Hi lybrate-user there most certainly is! you could try strength training at the gym to help you build more muscle. Hypertrophy in the muscle would give you a fuller look. You could also focus on including foods which are dense in both nutrients and calories (fresh fruit milkshakes for example). Hope this helps.
