I find it difficult to sleep. I often lay in the bed for hours without sleeping because of many thoughts coming to my mind. What should I do.

You have to calm mind by meditating before bed time and switch off lights , TV and phone and make up mind to sleep . You can try pills for a week which may regularise sleep and clonazepam is good for this
