I am running 5 km daily. But now started pain in my lower muscles of legs. When I continue my running after rest of one week, then after two days of running the pain further start. I also consult a local doctor. He give me calcium tablets and pain relief gel but no effect on pain. Tell me what to do.

Continue with calcium tablets and take cap hepatoglobin once daily to boost ip your strength and if you find it difficult to run for such a long distance then start with smaller one or start with jogging and then slowly increase it once in a while you can take painkillers to get relief from pain like tab combiflam but not regularly.
