I have a dark spot in my right cheek. I use a lot of cream and face treatment but no results are there. Is any a good advice to get off this?

Start with a good sunscreen. Also ensure you are not getting acidity and dry skin as these can lead to increase in such patches. Increase your vitamin c intake. If it doesn't lighten up with these measures over next 2-4 weeks then consult a dermatologist.
