I regularly take water with honey and lemon (water at room temperature honey 1 teaspoon lemon medium size) empty stomach is this correct dose for 25 years old and 71kg wt 169 cm height. And I also did running daily. And during normal hr of kerala I sweat more. I drink approx 5 -6 lit water. And I want to reduce some fat from my cheeks is there any exercise for face to contour it. I also did exercise daily but is doesn't have any affect on cheek fat.
