Sir maine 2 saal pahle andoscopy kiya tha result aaya cronic gastric ab mujhe pet mein jalan hai khana sahi se digest nahi ho raha wbc increse ho rahe hai sar mein bhari pan hota hai gas hoti hai subah pet saaf nahi ho paa raha sath hi saath sine me dard hai dil ki dhadkan sudenly tej hoti hai pasina bhi jada aata hai susti aur thakan bhi rahti hai please mujhe guide kare.
