I am 26 year old male suffering from Anal fissure since 6 months. As long as I do not consume chicken I am fine. If I consume chicken I face problems like painful defecation and pain after defecation. Is there any chance by which I can eat chicken and stay fine or I just need to forget chicken for rest of my life. I take laxatives daily before sleeping. So any suggestions regarding this please?

Dear, Chicken is very heavy food item. It takes more time to digest it by our intestine. So when you eat chicken take large amount of fiber diet with it. Such as small amount of chicken and large green leafy vegetables or any vegetable you like. Eat mint (pudina) and coriander leaves in your food daily. You can make chutney of it and eat it daily with food. This will make your digestion good. To increase your digestion power there are some instructions given below: ? Eat rich fiber diet such as oats, green leafy vegetables and fruits daily. ? Eat a bowl of curd (yoghurt) daily in afternoon it has good bacteria make your digestion good. ? Do running and jogging daily. Do these exercises daily for 15 to 20 minutes. * Do Pavanmukkatasan daily for 5 to 10 minutes under the guidance of yoga expert. ? Drink 6 to 8 glass of water daily and avoid drinking water of outside when you are traveling.
