I am 23 years old after heavy weight loss my skin becomes loose and some stretch marks all over my body upto now I did not tried any medicines regarding that so I need some suggestions to get rid of that problems.

Hye. Drastic weight loss does cause stretch marks. Usually depending on how you lost weight also matters. If weight loss was achieved by crash or restricted diets and not good exercise then stretch marks lose skin is an issue. You must start with good strength training. Get a body massage every week or fortnight. Eat a balanced diet which includes healthy fats from ghee, curd, nuts and fresh fruits and vegetables and stay hydrates. Stay hydrated. You can also daily apply almond oil, lightly massage it on your loose skin and stretch marks.
